Description
The combination between fosfomycin and tylosin has synergistic action against gram negative and gram positive bacteria as well as Mycoplasma. Fosfomycin is aboard spectrum, bactericidal antibiotic inhibits the formation of cell wall. Fosfomycin contains the smallest antibiotic molecule, making it permeable and ideally for reaching poorly vascularised areas like abscesses, joints, bones and air sacs. Tylosin is amacrolide bacteriostatic antibiotic, effective against certien bacteria and Mycoplasma inhibit bacterial protein synthesis by inhibiting the 50S ribosome is indicated in cases of respiratory and gastrointestinal tract infections, synovitis and omphilitis caused by Mycoplasma E.coli, Pesudomonas, Salmonella and Heamophilus especially during critical periods of growth cycle.
