Description
Shad doxy col fort is a combination of two antibiotics and expectorant which are:
– Doxycline a bacteriostatic broad spectrum antibiotic active against
Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Rickettsia, gram negative and gram positive bacteria that cause diseases as Haemophilus (Coryza) in poultry.
– Colistin is a bactericidal antibiotic effective mainly on gram negative bacteria, it is active strongly
on local intestinal infections and diarrhoea caused by: E.coli, Shigella and Pseudomonas in poultry.
– Ambroxol acts as mucolitic expectorant remove excess mucous in respiratory infections
