Erythromycin is a broad spectrum antibiotic, highly effective against gram – positive bacteria and Mycoplasma. Erythromycin belongs to macrolide group.

In poultry: It is used to treat many diseases such as CRD, coryza, pasteurella, clostridia infection (dermatitis, gastroenteritis) and inflammation of the nasal cavities, and inflammation of the joint membranes in poultry and turkey

In calves, sheep and goats: pneumonitis, calf diphtheria, enterocolitis pneumoniacoryza

Composition

Each 1 g contains:

Erythromycin (As Thiocyanate)     500 mg

 

Additional information

Dosage

Poultry: 100 g per 200 liters of drinking water daily for 4 – 5 days. Calves and lambs: twice daily 1 g of the preparation per 10 kg of body weight in drinking water for 3-5 days. Or according to the veterinarian’s instructions
