Shad Mox 50% has a broad spectrum on many gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria such as E. coli, Staphylococcus and
Streptococcus (non-producing beta-lactams). It is used in broilers, laying hens (in the care stage) and turkeys to treat respiratory and
digestive diseases and secondary infections associated with viral
diseases caused by these bacteria
Composition
Each 100g contains:
Amoxicillin Trihydrate 50 g
Excipients up to 100g
Additional information
Contraindications | It is not given in cases of impaired renal function, retention or oliguria. It should not be given in case of hypersensitivity to amoxicillin, penicillins or cephalosporins. It is not given orally to ruminants. |

Dosage | Broilers, laying (care stage) and turkey: 40 g / 200 liters of drinking water daily for 3-5 days. (equivalent to 15 mg amoxicillin trihydrate per 1 kg live weight) baby -Lambs and calves: 1 g per 50 kg live weight twice daily for 4-5 days It is preferable to renew the water used in the treatment every 12 hours |
Withdrawal period | meat:Broiler: 2 days. turky: 5 days. It is not used for laying hens producing eggs for human consumption, nor before three weeks from the start of production |
Preservation | Store away from light and moisture at a temperature of 15-25°C. |
